Omikron: The Nomad Soul was one of the greatest, most revolutionary video games ever and so few people have even heard of it. It took games to a scope basically unheard of in 1999. If you are somehow able to get it running on a modern machine and aren’t afraid of games that haven’t aged well. Do it.
It’s that time of year when the dead rises, Cthulhu is being summoned and all manner of spookiness and witchcraft is being heralded. Our only defence?… Roll dice and play cards.

Short notice but whatever! My gaming group is putting on a halloween themed gaming day tomorrow. Horrorish themed games like Betrayal at the House on the Hill (explore a haunted manor with creepy stuff constantly happening. Eventually one player is deemed to be a traitor and has to achieve a goal while the rest of the players try and stop them), Ghost Stories (co-operative game where you play as monks and try and rid all of the spirits from a village. Very cool game) and plenty of others!
