Using a unique animation technique involving traditonal animation cels and his iphone 5s, Hombre_mcsteez turns everyday life into an odd creature infested cartoon universe.
A quick overview of my general animation process that balances smart & speedy practices (using 2d rigs) and traditional (albeit digital) animation techniques.
One of my absolute favourite short animations ever. Charming story, great visuals and atmosphere and great use of traditional animation.
A little test animation! Check out this pretty great extension for animating in photoshop. It makes animating in photoshop a lot less clunky.
